Werz, Nikolaus (* 1952)

German political scientist Nikolaus Werz's research focuses on political parties and party systems, political history, social developments, populism, and drug-related violence, among other topics. Until 2017, he was chair of comparative government at the University of Rostock and served on various foundations and advisory boards for Latin American studies.

Material: 6 file folders with materials on left-wing parties in Bolivia, Venezuela, and Colombia. These include documents on MAS, PCV, FALN, and MIR.
