Namora, Fernando (1919-1989)
Portuguese writer Fernando Namora is a representative of neorealism. Namora published around thirty novels and short stories, as well as poetry. He is considered one of the most important Portuguese novelists of the 20th century. After the Carnation Revolution of 1974, his work became more widely known.
