Dyckerhoff, Ursula (1930-2004); Prem, Hanns J. (1941-2014)
Ursula Dyckerhoff was a German specialist in ancient American studies, an ethnohistorian and a translator. From 1988 to 1994 she curated exhibitions on Central and South America at the Rautenstrauch-Joest Museum in Cologne. She specialized in the ethnohistory of Mesoamerica.
Hanns J. Prem is an Austrian specialist in ancient American studies and an ethnohistorian. His work focuses on Mesoamerica. From 1998 to 2003 he was professor of ethnology and ancient American history at the University of Bonn. Prior to this, he held chairs in ethnology at the universities of Munich and Göttingen.
