There is a close relationship between water and rhythm. Their movements constantly imitate earth and air and mark the pulse. Observing the vibrating landscape of nature makes us aware of the processual nature of our environment.

Art, for its part, plays a mediating role in cultural ecosystems and helps us to locate ourselves in the community at a time of obvious multiple fragilities and threatened (co-)existences.

The poetic reading and sound performance outdoors under trees invites us to imagine habitable landscapes and to initiate visions and leaps into the future. Poetry and music are set in dialog with sound recordings of Latin American nature - sounds of lakes and forests - from the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut's Phonotheque.
