Acquisitions Profile

The library of the Ibero-American Institute (IAI) collects print, audiovisual and electronic media on Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. Since 2000 the IAI has benefited from a written acquisitions and cataloging plan that describes in detail the breadth of each disciplinary collection, the types of media to be acquired, and their cataloging.
