However, errors and ambiguities cannot be fully ruled out. The IAI can take no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of this information.
As long as the IAI is not proven guilty of deliberate or gross negligence, it shall not be liable for damage – either of a material or immaterial nature – that is caused directly or indirectly by the use or non-use of the information on this website, or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information. All offers are non-binding and subject to change. The IAI expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete the website, in part or in full, or to discontinue publication in part or in full.
Liability for "external content" that is offered, for example, via direct references (so-called links) to other providers presupposes, among other things, definite knowledge of illegal or criminal content. External content is suitably marked. The IAI has no influence over external content and does not lay claim to it. The IAI is not aware of any illegal or offensive content on the linked sites of other providers. If the linked sites of third-party providers contain illegal or offensive content, the IAI expressly distances itself from it.
The IAI is committed to honoring the copyrights of all the graphics, audio documents, video excerpts and texts that it uses. It is likewise committed to using those graphics, audio documents and texts that it has created itself; or to using graphics, audio documents, video excerpts and texts not subject to license.
All brandmarks and trademarks that appear on this site and are potentially protected by the rights of third parties are subject, without restriction, to the provisions of the respective valid trademark laws and ownership rights of the respective registered owners. Users ought not to assume that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties only because they appear here!<
Copyrights for published objects created by the IAI are the sole possession of the IAI. Copying or using such graphics, audio documents, video excerpts or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the IAI’s express permission.

All of the logos used on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without the permission of the copyright owner.

To the extent the content of this site is not produced by its operator, the copyrights of third parties have been respected. In particular, content by third parties has been identified as such. Should a violation of copyright nevertheless come to your attention, we ask to be notified. Such content will be immediately removed upon notice of copyright violations.
