We look forward to welcoming you again to events on site!

Unfortunately, the number of seats is limited due to the current distancing and hygiene rules for containing the pandemic. Participation in the events on site is only possible with advance registration and confirmation of the reservation.

Within the framework of the current regulations for containing the coronavirus, we are obliged to collect the contact data (first and family names, telephone number, e-mail address or postal address) of our visitors for the purpose of tracing chains of infection and, if need be, to submit these to the appropriate authority (§ 4 SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Regulations). Please provide us with these data with your online registration, in order to reduce waiting times on our premises. You can find information on registration in the announcements of the respective events. Your data will be erased after four weeks, in accordance with §17 of the GDPR.

Should there be short-term changes in the program due to the pandemic, we shall inform the registered participants by email. In order to be able to react flexibly, our program of events will be exclusively available as a digital version this year. We ask for your understanding.


Participation in events is only permitted for vaccinated or recovered persons. Please show appropriate proof and an identification document with photo at the time of admission:

- Vaccination: last required vaccination at least 2 weeks ago)

- Convalescent: positive PCR test result at least 28 days and no more than 6 months ago

You are obliged to wear a mask covering your mouth and nose (medical mask or FFP2 mask) everywhere within the building and also when you have taken your seat. Before you enter the hall, please disinfect your hands with the hand sanitizer provided. You should keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters  on your way to the event hall and likewise when leaving the hall. There are separate entrances and exits to the halls, as far as this is possible. Please follow the respective signs.

Please cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm and subsequently dispose of the handkerchief in a garbage can with a lid.

If you yourself are suffering from an infection of the upper respiratory tract or have been in contact with a person ill with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, we regret that you may not take part in our events.

With these measures you will be contributing to protecting both yourself and others. Thank you very much.
