The holdings of the Ibero-American Institute (IAI), including books, periodicals and microforms, are listed in the online catalog. Essays are covered up to 2004. The catalog also includes some materials from Special Collections (audio media, films, maps) and the Papers & Manuscripts collection.
cibera – Virtual Library on Ibero-America, Spain and Portual
cibera is an academic portal offering access to diverse library catalogs, databases and full texts via a standardized interface.
This IAI resource lists the current tables of contents from approx. 2,000 journals published between 2000 and 2007.
The ZDB database contains print and electronic magazines, newspapers and series from German libraries. It also provides information on their location.
Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek (EZB)
You can search the EZB for electronic journals. A traffic light system shows you whether you have free access to full texts.
Online Contents Iberoamerica (OLC)
Approximately 1,000 journals from the IAI starting from the year of publication 2007 are evaluated and the articles published in them are registered in this database. Gradually, previous years of these journals are being cataloged. This database is available only in the reading room of the IAI.
